City of broken plates quickly put back on



Dusseldorf - Schneller's hardly goes: Only one hours it took before the town for two road signs had been knocked down set up again. And on a Sunday afternoon!
Sunday, 16.27 Clock: A local resident reported the control center of the public order (tel. 899-4000): At the traffic island at the bus stop Meisenweg Eckener Street are both knocked down signs. The danger for motorists and pedestrians.
16.30 Clock: The Public Order informed the traffic service of the city Düsseldorf.16.45 Clock: The emergency moves out. A shield can be replaced immediately, the other is secured upright and provisional. 17.30 Clock: Danger averted, completed applications.
 Kochler Werner, director of traffic services: "Once we get a message that we shall go soon." Around 10,000 times its people have to get out repairing traffic lights and knocked down signs bent mast to eliminate traces of oil, clean up accident sites to replace stolen manhole cover or block streets.
 By the way: One in seven road users, who fled broke it. Just as on Sunday afternoon Eckener on the street. Thank God everything was quickly repaired again.
